SHIPPING

Nail polish is considered a Hazardous Material by the US Dept. of Transportation and requires ground shipping only. This may result in slower delivery times.

Please allow 1-3 business days (holidays may vary) to process your order once it has been received.

Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received this, please contact us to confirm your order has been received. 

We offer shipping through USPS (support the postal service, y'all!). Ten Nails Marys is no longer responsible for your order once it has been shipped. Due to the hazardous nature of our products, orders may take anywhere from -14 business days to arrive, depending on weather and location of delivery. 

We currently only ship nail polish to the contiguous US and are unable to, at this time, ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico due to the hazardous materials shipping restrictions.

RETURNS/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and prepared for shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our nail polishes. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and let us know!
